The Sheer-To-Waist tights are a 20 denier tights with a seamless, smooth sheerness from waistband to toe. Double-covered with Lycra® and constructed with flat seams with a cotton gusset, they are a classic staple to add to your wardrobe.  Features: * Double-Covered Yarn with Lycra®: Super comfortable with all-way stretch. Also less likely to static and stick to your clothes. * Cotton Gusset: Breathable and comfortable * Reinforced Toe: Barely there, invisible strength. * Enhanced Leg Length: A more realistic (longer) leg length. No more double crotch. * Built to Last: 3D construction means it’s designed to hold up. Composition: * 81% Polyamide / 19% Elastane Care: * Toss them in a laundry bag and wash cold, gentle cycle. Hang dry. Store away from direct sunlight. Fit: * Our Sheer To Waist tights fit a bit smaller than the tights in our Contour collection. We recommend sizing up.

Returns: 

• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible up to 30 days after purchase within the following parameters...
• Returns in store: regular priced items received within 7 days of purchase are eligible for refund.
• Returns online: regular priced items requested within 7 days of receiving will be eligible for refund pending the items are postmarked and/or we receive the item back to us within 14 days of the return request. 
• Returns in store after 7 days are eligible for store credit only.
• Returns online requested after 7 days of receiving the item, will be eligible for credit only. Returns requested within 7 days but then received later than 14 days after return request will be eligible for credit only.
• Online return refund or credit will be issued within 48hrs of receiving once we confirm dates of purchase/return request and conditions of items. 
• Refunds take 3-4 business days to show up on bank statements
• Returns will not be accepted after 30days from purchase date. 
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

Holiday Return Exceptions:

• For Items that have been purchased for holiday gifts, from Dec 26th - Jan 26th we will make these exceptions:

1. If items fall out of the above parameters, we will except returns for refunds until Jan 7th. We will accept returns for store credit if requested by Jan 26th.
